   Pricing of traditional course(s) includes a copy of the appropriate text, required course materials, as well as    morning and afternoon snacks.

  • Traditional Course Refund Policy: Registrations may be cancelled without penalty up until five (5) business days prior to the start of the course. 25% of the course fee will be charged to the registrants who cancel without proper notification up to the day of the course. Registrants that have already paid and cancel without proper notification will receive a 75% refund. The registrants who fail to attend the course without any prior notification will be responsible for the full course amount. Substitutions may be made at anytime without penalty prior to the course starting date.

  • Non-Traditional Course Refund Policy: Registrations may be cancelled prior to receiving information to login to the course. Registrants will receive 75% refund when cancelled after receiving information to login to the course ONLY if they have not logged in to the course. A refund may not be given after the participant has logged in. If you have any questions pertaining to this cancellation policy you may contact our office at 405-744-5714.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event that OSU has to cancel a course, OSU will not be responsible for any cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, hotels, etc….
